About Us

Helium-4 Inc. was founded in April, 2021 by Rasool Mohammad and Glenn Johnston. The Company’s focus is to explore, develop, and ultimately become a producer of high-grade helium, a critical element, essential in modern technologies for the international market. In just over a year’s time, Helium-4 Inc. has obtained approximately 200 square miles of exploration leases in the highly prospective Holbrook Basin of Arizona. The Company holds 100% interest in these leases and has exclusive rights to develop the assets.

This region of East-Central Arizona contains known helium occurrences and demonstrates ideal geological conditions for potentially large, commercial levels of subterranean gas accumulation.

The Helium-4 Inc. team will leverage our combined operational, technical, industrial, marketing and corporate experience to advance these assets towards production, capitalizing on the current highly compelling global helium market.

Founding Partners:

Rasool Mohammad, Bachelor of Science (Mining Engineering):

Rasool has over 30-years of combined education and hands-on-experience in Energy and Mining Industries in Canada, the United States of America and South America. He explored, developed, and/or discovered several mines and energy ‘plays’. Rasool is well-experienced in marketing businesses and products. He has a thorough knowledge, experience and understanding of corporate finance / governance. Rasool is a resident of both Houston, Texas and Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Glenn Johnston, RPL

Glenn has been in the oil and gas exploration industry for the past 37 years, working throughout the United States and Canada as an industry consultant to assist with leasing mineral rights, developing and managing seismic exploration programs, negotiating surface access for drilling operations, negotiating agreements between various interest holders in producing areas and all other phases of identifying likely areas for production of, and drilling and bringing into production fields of, oil and gas. Glenn has worked with Rasool for the past two years to develop a helium exploration program in the Holbrook Basin of Arizona. Helium-4 Inc. currently holds more acreage under lease in that region than all other similar exploration companies and is actively working to develop that significant land position into major helium-producing areas.
